“Be the change you want to see in the world.” Gandhi
Over the past six years in practice, I have studied, researched, and personally lived out what I have found to be most effective, gentle, and results-oriented tools for my patients. I take time with my patients to listen and to understand their situation; I am thorough; I truly believe in the tenant, doctor as teacher. I combine intelligent, modern, research-based medicine with the traditional philosophies of naturopathic medicine.
I graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. My undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph in Environmental Science helped to inspire my passion for nature and it was there that I discovered my love for natural medicine. In BC, I am licensed to perform acupuncture, IV therapies including neural therapy; I have drug prescriptive authority; and I am currently undergoing the newly licensed certificates for specialization in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Obstetrics.
I have a passion for active living including yoga, running, hiking the north shore trails. I love contagious laughter and I appreciate and enjoy every precious moment I have with my family and friends. My husband and my two sons are the loves of my life.
My life’s purpose is to show my patients what I have learned to be the most effective means to optimal health and longevity. I will support my patients in any way necessary to help them get the results they desire. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your most exceptional of health goals.
